Step Up Those OOTDs: Jenn Im Launches An App

Fans of Jenn Im’s “ClothesEncounters” YouTube channel can soon get more of the style vlogger: Her free app, ImJennIm, debuts today for iOs and Android. “ImJennIm will be an easier way for me to make connections directly with my subscribers," Im told us. "It’s so difficult for me to keep up with everyone on various social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram. My fans are so well dressed! I am most excited to see what they're wearing in the app so that we can all collaborate and pull inspiration from each other.” There will be plenty of behind-the-scenes footage to pore over on ImJennIm. "Everything you see on my YouTube channel and Instagram is so polished," she says. "The app content is going to be a little less polished, way less filtered, and a bit more intimate." This content will include a series called "Test Run," in which Im tries out beauty loot on camera. “If the product smells weird or makes me break out, I'll let you know,” she adds. The app, which was created in partnership with Victorious, also involves digital monthly features with different themes each month: The first theme is "Taking the Plunge." Expect exclusive giveaways in the near future.
