Lucky for us, Los Angeles is blessed with that not-too-hot, not-too-cold weather that makes getting dressed a breeze. But, those ocean winds and pesky bursts of A.C. keep us reaching for layers, even as summertime descends upon our fair city. Our go-to topper? The classic jean jacket, of course!
