Since it's warm out anyway, a couple of enterprising ladies in Orlando have decided the best way to serve coffee is to make it, well...hot. At Java Girls Coffee Shop, waitresses do regular barrista duties, from refills to making lattes, but wearing nothing other than their lingerie and bikinis (it appears the beach vs. bedroom attire is up to the workers themselves).
Puns about coffee being hot aside, the shop is both a drive-thru and a walk-up, and it serves smoothies and sandwiches West Coast-style (in a shack, not in an actual cafe). The idea, it appears, originated in Washington, and the Orlando version seems to be the only one in Florida — but there are 10 in the country. Whilst even the most prim and proper amongst us knows that a friendly smile and a wink does wonders, we've got to say: food service is hard enough. Food service while nearly naked?
