"Everyone tends to get cozy pretty quickly in my apartment — I definitely don't have any rules about not sitting on the bed, mi casa es su casa! When I entertain, it tends to be more small and intimate. Think sitting around playing music, drinking wine, and family-style meals rather than a cocktail or traditional dinner party."

What's the key to decorating a smaller pad without making it look cluttered?
"Be very selective about what items to display in your space, and make sure everything you own you absolutely love! Edit frequently."

Do you find you're constantly cleaning to keep it neat?
"I love things organized! In a small space, you really can't get out of hand with knickknacks and tchotchkes — make sure all of those little odds and ends have a place. Know each specific purpose for every drawer and shelf. I know that sounds super OCD, but trust me, it will save you in the long run. Consider convenience for where you put things, too."
