    There is a lot to be upset about right now as a New Yorker. You might be cold, your power might be out, you might be displaced, or, heck, you might simply be reading the paper. And to top it off, no one is feeling particularly Halloween-y, either. Might as well call the whole thing off.

    So, as a midday pick-me-up, we've rounded up some Sandy-related stories that aren't just doom and gloom.
