Hot Chocolate For Your Feet: This Pedi Takes Pampering To The Next Level

hotchocolatemebed
Choosing between beauty treatments and chocolate would be the real R29 Sophie's Choice. Okay, so maybe we're waxing hyperbole here, but you get it. Can't live with binging on cocoa this holiday season, can't live without it. Luckily, we've found the absolute best compromise: a hot chocolate pedicure treatment that doesn't cost you a caloric cheat — and, after today's chow sesh, it couldn't come at a better time. Indulge in this multi-step indulgence that will leave you feeling relaxed and smelling like dessert, too (we swear it's cool, not creepy). Soho's infamous Brazilian salon, Maria Bonita, is bringing out the sweet feet for the holidays.

It goes like this: A foot masque of chocolate and almond oil begins the treatment before you get a warm soak. Next, a mix of cocoa and Dead Sea salts exfoliate dead skin cells and rough feet (goodbye callouses!). Then, dip your toesies into a hot paraffin (that also smells chocolatey, somehow). Of course, finish off with a massage with chocolate lotion and a lacquer in your favorite shade. In all, the pedicure is a great way to relax, and of course, indulge in decadence. As for that whole calorie-free thing? Well, you can bypass that with a complimentary hot cocoa and salon-branded M&Ms too.
