Today is February 14, which means hearts are abound — paper, chocolate, or otherwise. But, love, romance, and sugar aside, we thought it would be appropriate to gently remind you of more important matters: Heart disease is the number one killer of women. No, we're not trying to ruin your night of wine and roses. In fact, Purple Clover reminded us how easy it is to try and prevent the big HD. Even getting one extra hour of sleep can make a major difference. (Who couldn't use that?)
