What does your dream hair salon look like? Ours is a home-away-from-home, filled with comfortable corners to while away the time — complete with good (coffee-table) books and delicious treats. Throw in some excellent art and a never-ending supply of Wi-Fi, and you've got our idea of follicular heaven. But, this dream salon doesn’t exist...does it?

We caught up with Northwood and his crew to discover what it’s like to work in the coziest hair salon in town. (Seriously, we never want to leave.)
