We thought we had seen it all with the nail art trend, but then along came the new Nails Inc. Feather Effects nail polish. Yes people, feathers. Okay, so they aren't technically of the bird variety, but the multi-colored confetti flecks suspended in the clear polish makes it look like your nails are bedecked with plumage.
