The perfect #OOTD may look simple, but it requires finesse. To master the technique, you must account for lighting, angle, and locale. Of late, bloggers have been eschewing the typical standing shot in favor of a much cozier pose. Instead of seeking out the murals of Nolita or the most sunlit corner of the Jardin des Tuileries, they're capitalizing on the the comforts of home — of bed, to be more specific.
With optimal morning light, a clean backdrop, and a pose you feel comfortable in, you, too, can count yourself among the fashion crowd by simply taking an overhead shot of your look against carefully disheveled sheets.
