Would you throw down almost $1,000 for this black canvas backpack from Givenchy? We definitely balk at the price tag, but also secretly wish we'd had something this chic to tote around our chemistry books, back in the day. (Highsnobiety)

Apparently 43% of single women in England carry sexy panties in their purse, in case they go on a successful date and want a little hanky panky. What about, you know, just wearing sexy undies on a date? (Jezebel)

Guess What Tavi Is Packing for NYFW

Take a moment and catch up with Tavi before she heads off to New York Fashion Week. In the video below, the young icon fills her suitcase in preparation for her seventh Fashion Week. Find out what Tavi knows about packing now that she didn't know back then–you know, in middle school–and hear a little about her latest project. Wait for it....Tavi will be the voice of a character in an upcoming animated film, and she'll even cover a Neil Young song while she's at it. We'd like a rock legend's seal of approval too, thanks. (New York Magazine)

Spend V-Day (Or Every Day) Watching Ryan Gosling On Demand

We're happy to announce that finally, after years of shoddy internet connections, poor broadcasting, and time wasted waiting for a technician to arrive sometime between 7 a.m. and next Tuesday, Time Warner Cable has finally done something right: For the entire month of February, all of Ryan Gosling's movies will be available On Demand. Alright, even if the flicks still cost between $1.99-$4.99, we're thinking you should cancel all of your after-work plans, and maybe consider using a few of those vacation days so you can spend some quality couch times with Crazy, Stupid, Love and The Notebook. Oh, and Valentine's Day? Whether you've started to stock up on single girl goodies, or if you've already made plans with your sweetie, we think there's only one acceptable answer to what you're doing on February 14: Let's just say the picture below drives a hard bargain.

Glam, Glam, Glam! Peep VF's Just-Revealed Hollywood Issue

full-march-cover

Eleven of Hollywood's most ravishing actresses shared Mario Testino's lens on the cover of the (as always) hotly awaited Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue. The entire thing is so sumptuously glamorous that we don't even know what to do with ourselves.

The jazzy deco set was meant to mimic the interiors famed interior designer Syrie Maugham created for Elsa Schiaparelli and the Duchess of Windsor's luxe maisons, and the silky stylings of the new classic It Girls is Old Hollywood enchantment of the most magnetizing kind.

Unlike some of the years past, this time around, we're extremely pleased with every last lady who made the cut: Rooney Mara, Mia Wasikowska, Jennifer Lawrence, Jessica Chastain, Elizabeth Olsen, Adepero Oduye, Shailene Woodley, Paula Patton, Felicity Jones, Lily Collins, and Brit Marling. The best part? It's a three-panel fold-out for a triple prestige treat. Better prepare some space on your office inspiration board....
