Imagine lounging around a candle-lit room filled with luxe carpets piled high, hanging tapestries, and lots of free bubbly. Add a soundtrack provided by Brooklyn-based experimental group Yeasayer, and you've got the Erin Wasson x RVCA fall 2010 runway show. Set inside the enchanting world of ABC Carpet & Home, everyone from Ke$ha to Cory Kennedy and the whole Cobra Snake gang came to support the Maybelline model's new delivery. Backstage we spotted a top-hatted, Selby Jacket-wearing Wasson, as well as her crew of models who were sporting long locks of crimped, braided hair, Egyptian ankh necklaces, and a kooky new look—a single feathery eyebrow. The show revealed a potent mix of nature and futurism with cream leather capes, fuzzy white fur vests, and metallic head-gear leading the charge. As a sweet finale, the grunge goddess excitedly ran out to greet her #1 fan, Mama Wasson, who definitely shared our affection for Wasson's latest inventions.
