We love a good online shopping spree — our credit card bill will certainly verify that — but when it comes right down to it, we're in-person, tactile shoppers at heart. The real thrill of shopping, for us, comes from touching and trying on new, beautiful things.
So naturally, we get pretty stoked when an online retailer descends from the Internet ether and sets up shop in our 'hood, even if it's only for a short time. And ShopJeen is doing just that tomorrow, when owner Erin Yogasundram takes over the Delta Gamma sorority house on the GWU campus for a daylong trunk show. Expect fashion-forward, edgy goodies from Vanessa Mooney, Luv AJ, Cheap Monday, and more. We've got big plans to snag the Helsinki necklace from ISWAS+WILLBE — but we'll definitely pick up, put on, and potentially take home a lot of other things, too.
