The ball has dropped, the holiday parties have ended, and you've made your New Year’s resolutions. If getting back in shape falls anywhere on that goal list, we suggest skipping January’s treadmill traffic jams (a surefire way to make you give up before the end of the month) in favor of an efficient workout you can do just about anywhere.
We asked trainer Kira Stokes to develop a time-saving workout with moves that combine cardio and strength training. You can do this routine in your living room with the most basic equipment; no need to brave polar-vortex temps to trek to the gym. By the time the end of January rolls around, you'll see real results. Resolution accomplished.
