Don’t Call It A Comeback — Juicy Couture Is Better Than Ever

There was once a time when anybody who was anybody owned a Juicy Couture terry tracksuit. It was the status symbol for celebrities and high schoolers alike. But, just cause the early aughts are over doesn’t mean the brand is. In case you were wondering, Juicy is alive and well with a brand-new, refreshed collection. Imagine the terry sweatsuits of yore along with bomber jackets, home decor items, and, of course, charmed jewelry — all sold exclusively at Kohl's.
With the retailer's various designer offerings, like last spring's Peter Som collab and this season's Elie Tahari collection, Juicy Couture was a logical addition. Naturally, a celebration was in order.
Last Tuesday's party brought out celebrities Maria Menounos and Nikki Reed, as well as fashion bloggers Rumi Neely, Jennifer Grace, and Kimberly Pesch to name a few. All made the trek up the Los Angeles hills to the glamorous James Goldstein residence. (FYI, this is the place where Drew Barrymore’s Charlie’s Angels character dangles from a sheet out of the window while buck naked.)
It was a night that included a wall made up of real roses (Kim Kardashian-style), an Instagram printout booth, an Essie-stocked manicure station, music from DJ/blogger extraordinaire Hannah Bronfman, and just about the best view of Los Angeles you can get. But, no Juicy Couture shindig would be complete without an opportunity to bedazzle a pair of your very own terry track pants. Yes, that happened at the Crystal Ninja DIY Station — and it was just as awesome as it sounds. Click through to see all the juicy highlights of the night.
