Bleecker Goes British With Burberry Brit

New Yorkers suffering from Anglomania: Rejoice! Now there's a third location where you can snag Burberry's exquisite British goods at an, ahem, gentler price point—Burberry Brit opened just over a week ago on Bleecker Street in the West Village. The interior of the 5,000 square-foot boutique features a new design concept by Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey, with dark woods and even darker, high-polished furniture giving off a classic Britannia cool vibe to compliment the brand's more casual line. The store contains both men's and women's wear and you best believe plenty of their iconic coats are on tap for drooling, including The Roehampton, an aviator-inspired canvas and leather jacket, and The Vickroy, a classic brown trench. Also available are Burberry Brit accessories, timepieces, fragrances and eyewear...just in case you want to feel like you're living in London. Hey, we're willing to commit if it means looking like Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Emma Watson, or, hell, her brother Alex.
Burberry Brit, 367-369 Bleecker Street (between Charles and Perry Streets); 212-901-3600
