Those of us who have yet to hop aboard the online-beauty-shopping train tend to have one major reservation: What happens if a product arrives and it ends up looking terrible? Much like buying produce, purchasing makeup and skin care is a very tactile experience. You can't just look at an image on a screen and know if, say, a lipstick's right for you. So, what's the solution when you get something and it's just wrong?
