We're always big fans of great style. But we get even more excited when that style is backed up by an inspiring philosophy. And J.Crew's latest ads are giving us just that. Launching today on the brand's web site is the latest campaign, "We Know You're Out There."

Sure, the name kind of reminds us of a tag line attached to a sci-fi alien flick, but let that slide for a minute. Caroline Issa, Julia Sarr-Jamois, and Linda Rodin are just some of the style stars who shine — in their own, uniquely wonderful ways — in the shots. Other notable innovators showing up in the snaps: Carlos Huber, Angela Goding, and Tumblr's David Karp.

The 11-part ad campaign not only highlights these special individuals, but also celebrates the brand's (and our) enthusiasm for personal style. Accompanied by ~~mantras~~ clever quotes (our favorite: "You speak softly and carry a loud bag."), J.Crew's ads once again manage to inspire, delight, and speak right to us (yes, we are "out there").
