Kylie Jenner got incredibly candid in a new interview with InStyle UK. First, the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan gave her usual spiel about fashion (did you know the family is into fashion? They're into fashion.). She likes to dress like Khloé on her "down days" and Kim when she's going out. As expected, some brand names were also dropped.
However, the most interesting tidbit Kylie revealed was almost a throwaway between the blurbs about her fashion influences. "My Mum [Kris Jenner] cut me off financially three years ago, so I pay for everything — my car, my gas, and food, as well as my clothes. There are so many outfits I bought in the past that I just think now are NOT cute — but there’s not very much I can do about it!"
Now, that would have been a great opportunity for Kylie Jenner to offer readers some service about what to do if you've spent money on clothing you no longer like or wear. She has sold old pieces on eBay and donated proceeds to Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She didn't mention this to InStyle, though, instead opting to move on in her stream-of-conscious flow.
After the financial independence revelation, Kylie touches on her spray tan and moisturizing regimen and what she's thinking when she's being photographed on the red carpet. She closed out the interview with a true gem about her sedentary lifestyle.
"I haven’t worked out in two and a half years. I’m living out my youth not doing any exercise and eating what I want, which is pretty bad. I’m into yellow rice — you just cook it for 15 minutes, it tastes so good."
