Life as a celebrity is, well, not always a celebration. It does have its downsides — namely the paparazzi. News of poor treatment by these camera wielding humans isn't new, but each bit of insight makes the whole famous-person-life seem less appealing. Keira Knightley recently revealed how unglamorous it can all be.  "Having 20 to 30 men who you don't know on a 24-hour surveillance outside your house calling you a 'whore' every time you leave the door to try to get a reaction from you is quite a difficult thing to deal with," she said during the TimesTalk and TIFF panel for The Imitation Game in Los Angeles. Knightley went on to explain that when her name was just beginning to get recognized after the release of the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie in 2003, "there was a lot of money for pictures of women crying or of women in some state of undress." According to the actress, the paparazzi would try to "get under your skirt" and spit at you to get a reaction that would "make the price of that photograph quadruple." How disgusting and frightening.  Fellow Brit Cara Delevingne has never shied away from raging against the paparazzi. Last September, the model live-tweeted a run-in that resulted in her hiding in a bathroom and left her feeling "like a caged animal once again."  Knightley did mention that things have changed as she's gotten older. "I think there's a certain point where you get married, you get pregnant and they're like, 'Hey, she's not going out and getting drunk.'" Sadly, though, that just means they'll find another individual to harass. (E!)
