The Best Spots In NYC, According To Emily Weiss

Emily Weiss has come a long way since her intern days at TeenVogue. The now 30-year-old entrepreneur (and bona fide style star) has since turned her beauty-centric blog, Into The Gloss, into a million-dollar company. Recently, she launched Glossier, a line of beauty products with on-trend, 'gram-worthy packaging that rivals the goodies' actual (oh-so-amazing) effects on our faces.

And, while Weiss spends the majority of her time sharing the stories (and routines) of New York's coolest women, we were more interested in getting to know what hers is all about. Wonder where this beauty maven snags a latte or a new 'do? She's sharing 12 NYC spots she can't live without.

Best Coffee Shops
"The Smile in Soho is where we go (probably too often) for coffee, since it's so close to the [Into The Gloss] office. For lazy Sunday mornings, I love hanging out at Gasoline Alley on Lafayette, because they play great music and have killer donuts; the lemon-poppyseed is my favorite."

The Smile, 26 Bond Street (between Lafayette Street and Bowery); 646-329-5836.

Gasoline Alley Coffee, 325 Lafayette Street (between East Houston and Bleecker streets); 212-933-0113.
