For some couples, the idea of throwing an elaborate, over-the-top wedding is great in theory but when it comes to the actual planning process — not so much. And, we have to admit there's something really charming and special about bucking the bells and whistles and heading straight to the courthouse. This is especially true when the City Hall in question is as breathtaking and ornate as San Francisco's.
