What do you love most about having curly hair? What do you hate?
"I love the texture of curly hair. I also love my cut because it really pushes my hair 'up' — the bigger the better, I always say. But I do hate how tangled my hair gets! I had to cut a mini-dreadlock once because was getting pretty tangled."

How long does it take to do your hair?
"About 10 minutes. I have to pick it out with my fingers and put oils on it, twist it a little if it's too limp, and spray on some hairspray. I use Pantene curly hairspray — it's great and doesn't dry out the hair!"

What's your frizz-fighting secret?
"I use Moroccanoil on my hair, wet and dry, because it keeps my hair smooth. I sometimes also sleep with my hair in a bandana or scarf to keep it from moving around too much in my sleep."

Would you ever straighten your curls?
"Yeah, for fun I love to switch it up. Sometimes It makes me feel like a different person. I wouldn't put any chemicals on it, to straighten it though. I used to, when I was younger and it can be quite damaging."

What are your must-have curly-hair products?
"I need my pick (a wide-tooth comb) — I love it so much. It's extremely long and perfect. I use it on my wet hair to pick out the knots."

What's your best advice for all curly girls?
"You shouldn't compare your hair to anyone else's hair — all curls are different and you need to love what you have. Also, when getting your hair cut, don't get a cut that's meant for straight hair. Know the haircuts for curly hair or ask about them — it's gonna help you in the long run! Frizzy bangs aren't cute."

How long does it take to do your hair?
"I wash it, put conditioner in, brush it, and rinse it, then add mousse and a product for split ends. Forty minutes total."

What's your frizz-fighting secret?
"Rinse hair with cold water and apply a split-end product."

Would you ever straighten your curls?
"Only when I go to the hair dresser, but I always leave curls or waves at the bottom, even then."

Any must-have curly-hair products?
"Conditioner and a hair mask."

What's your advice to all curly girls?

"Literally 10 seconds! I wake up, do a Rita Hayworth hair toss and I'm out the door!"

What's your frizz-fighting secret?
"Water — works every time."

Would you ever straighten your curls?

What do you love most about having curly hair? What do you hate?
"I love that it has a mind of its own, but sometimes I hate that too. My hair will always do what it wants!"

How long does it take to do your hair?
"Usually 5-10 minutes. I wash and condition in the shower, do a light towel dry and then put some smoothing milk in it and go. I don't comb or brush my hair, ever. If I wear it up, I pull it into a top knot, otherwise I just leave it down."

What's your frizz-fighting secret?
"Conditioner. When you use it as intended, it weighs your hair down enough to keep your curls looking natural, but not too poofy. Plus, if you dab on a little bit once your hair is dry, it rejuvenates your 'do."

Would you ever straighten your curls?
"I do every once in a while, but try not to, because it's so damaging. Sometimes though, straight hair just works."

What are your must-have curly-hair products?
"Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Anti-Humidity Smoothing Milk. It's the only product I use in my hair. It's affordable and available; you can pick it up at almost any drugstore."

What's your advice to all curly girls?
"Embrace your hair! Straight hair isn't all it's cracked up to be."
