It's just the time of year to hit a summer carnival — but not all of us have the time (or the inclination) to head out to the sticks and nosh on cotton candy while testing our skills at ring toss. This week, though, Coach brought the circus to us with a vintage, seasonal summer soirée atop our beloved High Line that was just a tad more sophisticated and stylish than what you might find on your typical fairground. Celebs on hand — including Dianna Agron, Anna Kendrick, Mamie Gummer, and Jessica Stam — mixed with fashion folk between attempting feats of acrobatic (or clownish) skill and sipping weather-appropriate cocktails. While we loved taking in the how-to-deal-with-this-heat fashions on display (and the copious Coach Legacy accessories in particular), we have to admit, we dug dancing amid the strings of lights atop our favorite West Side landmark that much more. So, how cool was it that the proceeds from the eve all went to maintaining and operating the above-ground park? Step right up, indeed.
