New York Fashion Week is ending today. Dry your tears, kick up your feet (because they're tired!), and create a countdown until next February's exciting new, exciting collections. Namely, we're referring to one.

Along with four other finalists for the Made for Peroni Young Designer Awards, Chris Gelinas presented his structured, feminine spring '14 collection to a group of esteemed judges, including Jenné Lombardo, Zanna Roberts Rassi, Coco Rocha, Nicole Fasolino, and last season Made For Peroni winner Nolan Bellavance. And, at the award ceremony on Tuesday evening, NY-based Gelinas secured a $40,000 prize to be used toward the creation and production of his collection, CG, that is now set to present at Made Fashion Week in a few months.

Even if you're not familiar with his work yet, odds are, you will be. Click ahead to preview the designs in Gelinas' new collection — including a pair of amazing sheer, loose-fit trousers and a new, relaxed, graphic-printed take on evening wear.
