We know the city of Chicago has always been unique, but this may be pushing it. During her recent visit to The View, Lady Gaga chatted on all things current events (seriously this is a great chat–watch it). What we were most intrigued by was the moment our beloved little monster-tamer divulged that she was once almost arrested in the Windy City for not wearing enough clothing. Seriously Chicago? We had the chance to see this lovely woman do her thang in next-to-nothing and we had a problem with that? For shame. Gaga, we apologize. Feel free to come back any time you want, and pack lightly.
