It's hard not to get captivated by the slightly goth, modern Peggy Moffitt style of Rebecca Turbow's fall '11 collection. With an obvious affinity for clean, simple lines, the New York-based designer utilized shades of black and gray that are a little bit edgy, but not over-the-top emo. We've got the lookbook here of relaxed-fit blouses, charming neck ties, and an array of high-waisted, pencil and circle skirts that'll make you look devastatingly leggy.
