Celebrate The Latest Beaujolais Nouveau At Bistronomic

2
Believe it or not, there are rules and regs that dicate when we can drink a particular glass of vino (say what?!). Let us introduce you to the Beaujolais Nouveau, a French wine that cannot be shared with the rest of the world until the third Thursday of November each year — after the harvest of the Gamay grapes.
To celebrate this annual accomplishment, Frenchman and chef extraordinaire Martial Noguier of Bistronomic has created a Beaujolais Nouveau prix fixe menu available tonight (Thursday, November 15) for $39 per person. His picks include homemade country pate, beef bourguignon, and banana brioche pudding — you may want to skip lunch. Of course, the meal wouldn't be complete without a glass (or a bottle) of the good stuff. À la vôtre santé' (to your health), dear reader.
