Good news for those of you who follow a low-maintenance beauty philosophy: Judging by what we saw at New York Fashion Week, fall '13 is full of easy, barely-there makeup. (Seriously, we can't count the number of times we saw runway-ready models wearing lip balm and no mascara.) That's not to say it was all wake-up-and-go, though; fortunately for beauty aficionados, there were plenty of drop-dead gorgeous, inspiring, and all-around stunning looks as well.
