For most kids, a trip to grandma’s house meant getting spoiled with milk and cookies — but who knew it could also lead to fashion inspiration? Sasha Darling of BellJar certainly got the memo: For the boutique’s spring '13 lookbook, dubbed “Fallen Flowers,” the shop owner drew inspiration from floral motifs, debutantes, and, yep, hanging out with her sweet granny. And the result? Nothing short of chic!

The lookbook features bloom-splashed frocks, parrot-patterned shorts, even a charming tie-dye dress that works for both for brunch with grams and a date with the beau. Equally mesmerizing are the models’ beauty looks — angelic curls, candy-pink pouts, and flushed cheeks.

Photographed by Mathew Reamer and styled by Kylea Borges, these images will have you traveling through the woods and braving the big bad wolf for the end prize. Take a peek at the bright snaps after the jump for proof that amazing style does run in the family.
