Don't get it twisted — we've always been big fans of Beckley boutique — the curation is both quirky and classic, and you'll never spot something hanging from its racks that doesn't emanate "upscale." But, now that proprietress Melissa Akkaway's secured some less-isolated real estate (we're not exactly shopping with Jeff Lewis at the PDC or balling at Balenciaga just yet), the store has morphed from an every-now-and-then flyby to our retail rendition of Cheers!

Click through for our account of the opening-night festivities, and plan a trip there this weekend — Saturday-outing outfit inspiration included!

Beckley Boutique, 8128 West Third Street (near Crescent Heights Boulevard); 310-652-3500.

 But, before you read
