These black and gold nails by Butter London's Nonie Creme got our pulses racing last week, even at a way-too-early backstage call time of 8am. Collaborating pre-show with Azrouel and stylist Kate Young, Creme went through a few incarnations of glittery nail art, finally landing on what she calls a "deconstructed, expensive grunge look" with a gold icicle effect. And according to Creme, the messier the gold tip, the better: "The less you try, the better it looks. You really can't mess it up." How'd she do it? Start with a base of Union Jack Black, then add a small blob of West End Wonderland to the tip of the nail and use the brush to pull the lacquer down and form little "icicles."
