Your April Love Horoscope, Revealed

comments
Total eclipse of the heart, anyone? At the beginning of the month, a lunar eclipse in Libra — the sign that governs relationships — could reveal what’s hidden in the shadows, like buried feelings, unacknowledged attractions, or the need to never, ever get back together with a recurring ex. Cosmic couple Mars and Venus travel together through sensual Taurus until the 11th, combining their romantic powers, which could help put some more structure into your closest unions. While you might shrink from being labeled, there is comfort in having a clear marital status this month. April is all about daring exploration, so stay open to the unexpected, and turn to your individual forecast below for all your love answers.

Aquarius Love Forecast

You’re a little bit Betty Crocker, a little bit boho babe this April — an odd but endearing mix. With passionate Mars in your nesting zone all month, you’ll enjoy steamy nights in with your S.O. After all, hanging at Chateau Aquarius gives you quicker access to the kitchen (home-cooked-dinner dates!) and the bedroom (Sunday nooners and brunch in bed…purr). You’re keen to commit — especially when Jupiter snaps out of a four-month retrograde in your relationship house on the 8th — but only if the other person respects your individuality. You’re nobody’s arm candy. Though you’ll enjoy nurturing your boo, be careful. The line between “hot mama” and “mother, dear” could get a little blurry. Fortunately, Venus cuts the apron strings on the 11th, moving into Gemini and your passionate, flamboyant fifth house until early May.

With your siren status safely restored, remember this: When you look good, you feel good…and a lot sexier, too. You’ll either pack your calendar with dreamy dates or head home to your true love, ready to reprise Beyonce’s visual album. Uh, close the partition.

Your Beauty Forecast: A Playful Blue Metallic Eye
To get the look, layer light-beige or bone-colored eyeshadow over your lid for highlight. Next, use a large dome brush to apply a baby-blue eyeshadow through your crease, to the outer corner of your eye, and along your lower lashline. Then, take a brighter-blue shade into your crease and inner corner. Pack the same color over the center of your eyelid and along your lower lashline. The key to this look is to blend, blend, blend. Tightline along your upper and lower lashlines, using kajal eyeliner to dot the product between the base of each lash. Then, amp up your eyelashes with two coats of mascara.
