Swedish brand Acne definitely tops the short list of lines we get excited about, but their fall collection probably puts them in a whole new orbital plane. The sculpted jackets, androgynous overtones, layered construction, and skinny plastic pants teeter between Acne's no-frills easy chic and something slightly spacier, like Giles meets Christopher Kane. And those towering shoes? Fall Nina Ricci but probably more walkable. And oh, that coat. We could go on, but in this case the clothes speak volumes.
