Fifty Shades Of Grey, The Soundtrack: Let’s Get It On…To Chopin

shadesofgrey1
Forget Al Green — there's a new mix of make-out classics on the scene. And by classics, we mean classical. This morning, EMI announced the release of a new compilation inspired by the music of Fifty Shades Of Grey. That's right, everyone's not-so-secret guilty pleasure has its very own soundtrack. Theoretically, it's supposed to enhance your experience of the book...but we have a feeling buyers won't be rushing home to read to this music.
Thanks to E L James, millions of readers are looking at classical music in a whole new light. Throughout the "mommy porn" opus are scattered references to Bach adagios, Debussy sonatas, and even the super-sexy Pachelbel "Canon in D" – yes, the one you played in your seventh-grade piano recital.
