We love high heels. We love midi heels. Heck, we're crazy about platform heels, too! Heels just do it for us. But, there are times when, you know, our feet hurt. And that’s when we turn to the best “secret weapon,” ever: ballet flats.
So, in readiness for LFW footwear face-offs (you know it’s going to be five inch stilettoes at dawn) we’re giving our ballet flats a bit of an upgrade.
Pretty Ballerina has just launched the snake-eyed wonders seen here. The motif is a charming celebration of the Chinese New Year (we hope you got to raise a glass, yesterday) and the newly dawning year of the snake. The snake isn’t considered as auspicious as last year’s dragon but we think these flat-soled numbers will keep us on the straight and narrow. Or at least protect us from the pitfalls of cobblestones!
