Fashion Week is about the rush, rush, rush, but when you take a moment to smell the fashions (if you will), the spectacle of the show is a whole lot more peaceful. We're absolutely obsessed with the images our photographer Dan McMahon grabbed backstage at Rachey Comey's beautiful spring '12 show yesterday, and we think you'll be, too. Shot in the sun-drenched Pier 59 studios, the photos are pure beauty suspended... That excitement over a cozy jumper, a nervous smile in a buzzing room, patient fingers painting a bare face, a line of straw hats waiting for their owners...
