Update: This Celeb Makeup Artist's Line Just Sold Out In 45 Minutes

Update: Makeup artist Kristofer Buckle hit QVC last night and magic happened. His entire line — all 20,000 units of it — completely sold out in only 45 minutes. Rumor has it that it's a show record, but either way, it caused a bit of a scramble, causing them to cut the hour-long program short. Fastest sellers include the setting spray and eyeliner/mascara duo, both in the slideshow ahead.

Buckle's reps report that due to the incredible reception they are planning a restock as fast as they can, likely in the next few months. We will update you when we know more.

What do Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera have in common? Record-breaking careers and songs we can't get out of our heads, of course, but also the same longtime makeup artist: Kristofer Buckle. He's an industry vet who's trusted to glamorize performers like Katy Perry, Madonna, and Jennifer Lopez, plus craft red carpet looks for celebs like Blake Lively, Kendall Jenner, and Jessica Chastain.

It's safe to say he knows exactly how to create a camera-ready look that lasts, which is probably why his brand-new makeup line launching this month is rooted in lightweight formulas that won't budge through the longest concert you can imagine — which comes in handy even if you're not a pop star.

He'll be hitting QVC today to formally debut the line, but he stopped by our L.A. offices earlier this month to give us a sneak peek — and we were throughly impressed. Think: A liquid liner with a magic eraser, a scalp-covering palette (yes, celebs must perfect every inch of themselves, even a wide part), a setting spray to keep Mimi's makeup in check (no matter how stressful the show becomes), and so much more.

Warm up your singing voice, bust out the sequins, and get ready to update your makeup bag... this stuff is seriously good.

For a teeny little pot, this brow product has a lot going on: two shades of powder, a brow pomade, and a small brush. The idea, Buckle says, is to build the brow with the pomade, then shade it with the two powders, using the darker color on the outside, and the lighter color towards the center. The graduated brow creates a softer look his clients love, he told us. It's available in two colors: Blonde and Dark Brunette.

For years Buckle used eyeshadow to disguise a wide part or uneven hairline of his pop star clients, but it never stayed quite the way he wanted, so he created this palette. It's a layering compact to cover the scalp (with the pomade) then set it (with the powder). Shockingly, it really does work and looks crazy natural.

"It's that little something extra to look done," he says. (We'd say.) It's waterproof and lasts until your next shampoo, but sorry, it doesn't disguise gray roots. Comes in four shades.

This foundation stick only comes in five shades (fair, light, medium, tan, and deep). He hopes to expand the range soon — but if you're lucky enough to match one, get it, or buy a couple and mix them to create a custom hue. The formula is full coverage but crazy thin, so it covers everything without feeling like a mask.

It might sound crazy for an artist who works with the sparkliest pop stars around, but Buckle doesn't like a blinding highlighter. Skin should simply glow, he says.

Inspired by the constant touch-ups Aguilera needed on the set of Burlesque, Buckle created this layering palette that never looks cakey or chalky. It's a golden hue, not at all ashy or orange, so it works for every skin tone.

These satin-meets-matte lipsticks come in sets of two: the two neutrals (left) in one set and the two bolder hues in the other. Insider tip: The red is an insanely gorgeous, vibrant-cherry color that everyone needs. Seriously.

They're not drying, but they're also not crazy long-lasting, so you will need a touch-up every so often. (Pop stars are used to it.)

If you've ever tried to even out your cat eye only to end up looking like a hot mess, this is for you. One side is a precise and crazy-pigmented black liquid liner. The other acts like a Tide To-Go pen, erasing stray flecks and uneven lines. (Sounds weird, but it really works.) Plus, it comes as a set with mascara...

This mascara has a boxy brush with a thinner tip, designed to get into corners and deliver a ton of product to make lashes look dense, not crazy long, which Buckle's clients prefer.

Technically Buckle launched this setting spray earlier this year, and after its runaway success, the entire line followed. It's light and refreshing, but locks makeup in for hours.
