Bond Girl Léa Seydoux Slays The Red Carpet Every. Single. Time.

You may know the French actress Léa Seydoux from her roles in Midnight in Paris, Blue Is the Warmest Color, or The Grand Budapest Hotel, but after this weekend, you'll probably know her as the latest Bond girl. And, while we're certainly excited to see Spectre, it's what's been happening outside of the theaters that's really outstanding.

We're talking about the blockbuster beauty looks that Seydoux's been wearing on the red carpet for the film's lengthy press tour. Slicked back hair and a bright red lip in Mexico City, old guard glamour in London, soft and romantic shades of pink in Paris — Seydoux is a force to be reckoned with in the beauty world. While many actresses would rest on a few trusty looks, she takes risk after risk, and knocks it out of the park nearly every time.

In honor of the film hitting theaters in the U.S. today, let's glance back at a few of her amazing beauty looks from the international press tour. Bonus: To get the inside scoop, we checked in with her longtime makeup artist Mary Wiles for many of the details. Click ahead and get ready to meet your next beauty obsession: Seydoux, Léa Seydoux.

In a time when glamour is often taken with a grain of salt, Seydoux goes full strength. In a precursor to the greatness of the press tour, the actress attended the Miu Miu show during Paris fashion week, in her hometown, in matte makeup and a tight curl.

Seydoux's a beauty chameleon, here wearing a smooth blowout and flicked eyeliner. "I wanted Lea to look sophisticated and elegant," Wiles told us. "I contoured her cheeks using Burberry's Effortless Contour Pen and defined her brows, then added a little flick on the eyes to keep the look feminine."

Good style runs in the family: Léa's sister is her stylist. "Camille [Seydoux] always really inspires me with the dresses and the direction in which to take the look we are collaborating on," Wiles says.

The inspiration for the London world premiere was "full on glamour, with a touch of '70s," Wiles told us. She used Chanel's Long Wear Luminous Eye Shadow in Convoitise on Seydoux's eyelid, then Mirage in the outer socket, and "swept up and out, to create a feminine sexy cat-eye," she says. "The emphasis is on the eyes, so I kept everything else simple," Wiles says.

"This look was a quick transition for the after-party in London after the premiere," Wiles says. "I took inspiration from the Elsa Schiaparelli couture dress by adding a pink stain to the lips; then I took the eyes down a fraction, to balance the face."

At the Mexico City premiere, Seydoux rocked a sleek chignon, courtesy of hairstylist Renato Campora, and a vibrant red lip. Makeup artist Matthew Vanleeuwen kept her skin and lipstick matte, and balanced the look with a shimmering golden eye.

A press tour is not without stress. "We had 15 minutes to change Léa for this look!" Wiles says, about the Paris premiere. "The pink Miu Miu dress created a feminine look, so I wanted to keep the look soft and blended — but not washed out."

Wiles used Burberry Eye Colour Cream in Pink Heather on Seydoux's lid, Dusky Mauve in her eye socket, and smudged under her eyes. Then, she blended By Terry Ombré Blackstar in Misty Rock along the lashline to add depth. Lots of mascara and Chanel's Eyeliner in Ambre Dore on the waterline finished the eyes.

And her lips? Bobbi Brown Lip Gloss in Pink Sugar.

Seydoux matched the energy and vibes in New York at a press event by opting for a shaggy, beach texture and coral-toned red lipstick.
