The Latest Limited-Edition Oreo Flavor Sounds SO Good

With fall flavors dominating grocery store shelves, we expected Oreo to start putting out the typical September-esque offerings. Pumpkin Spice Oreos are back in supermarkets, but that's not what has us craving cookies today. The latest limited-edition Oreo flavor is actually more of a summer flavor, and we're totally okay with that. According to The Impulsive Buy, Toasted Coconut Oreos were spotted at Meijer. Based on a photo, it looks like the new offering features a golden Oreo exterior with coconut-flavored creme. Plus, real flakes of toasted coconut! There's also a picture of coconut cake on the packaging, and if the whole thing is meant to taste like cake, we're even more inclined to like them! The cookies will be available at select retailers (such as Meijer) beginning this week for a limited time only, according a PR rep for Oreo. So, be warned that you might not be able to find them at your usual market. We still haven't given up on the prospect of upcoming holiday-themed, limited-edition newbies. But for now, we'll be content with seeking out a package of the Toasted Coconut flavor.
