Remember Anne Hathaway in The Princess Diaries and The Devil Wears Prada? Yes, the characters she plays are fictional, but she made her early onscreen appearances as someone unsure of herself and her place in the world. She spends those movies finding her identity and self-confidence.

A decade and an Oscar win later, Hathaway is taking on more self-assured leading ladies. The star's newest role finds her playing Jules Ostin, the CEO of About the Fit, an e-commerce site that she founded. For lack of a better way of putting it, Jules has it all. Not only is she a successful entrepreneur, she's married and has a young daughter.

She agrees to launch a senior intern program at About the Fit, which most people would assume to mean mentoring seniors in high school or college. Nope — this program is for senior citizens. Enter Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro), a septuagenarian who's divorced and looking to fill some time. It turns out Jules and Ben have some life lessons to teach each other about what success truly means.

Watch an exclusive featurette from the movie below. The Intern arrives in theaters on September 25.
