Would it be an awards show without a dramatic hair change from Kylie Jenner? Of course not. That's why we weren't surprised when the youngest Jenner arrived on the VMAs red carpet with a full-on fringe. Her set was full and slightly wispy — not unlike Katy Perry's in 2011 or even Nicki Minaj's at this year's show. (Awkwaaaard.) Jenner has a thing for changing up her hair — especially with the help of wigs. In fact, she's been experimenting with bangs a lot lately, albeit aqua blue ones. So, is her latest tress change-up all a wigged-out illusion? Will she go back to being bang-free tomorrow? Anything can happen with Jenner's hair.
