David Beckham has a "pretty lady" on his neck, but it's a lot sweeter than it sounds.
The heavily tattooed soccer star revealed yet another addition to his body art menagerie on Instagram. The new tatt reads "pretty lady," but it's the ink's placement that makes it significant. The phrase, which is punctuated by a small heart, appears directly on top of Beckham's "Harper" tattoo, named for his daughter. Beckham unveiled his daughter's namesake tattoo back in 2011.
Beckham captioned the photo: "Hey Pretty Lady ❤️.... Just adding to the collection of tattoos that mean so much to me... Thanks Mark as always looks amazing ...@shamrocksocialclub." Beckham also posted a picture of himself going under the needle for the new tattoo.
Harper recently made her own contribution to Beckham's body art: an inked image of a Minion, which Victoria Beckham revealed on Instagram. While Minions are clever and adorable, "pretty lady" was probably a better choice for neck placement.
