Cindy Crawford’s Unexpected Side Hustle Just Made Her $15 Million

Cindy Crawford is about to make millions — and not from a new beauty contract. Turns out, Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber have a very lucrative side hustle: they're expert house flippers. (And, you thought selling your old duds on eBay was making you a killing!) The uncommonly-attractive couple bought a home in Malibu's Point Dume area in June 2014 for $6 million, and they've now listed it for a cool $15.45 million. Variety reports that the duo did an extensive remodel to the property, including ripping out the carpets and installing new French oak floors throughout. The 3,600 square foot abode has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a brand-new state-of-the-art kitchen, pool, a four car garage, and more. And, of course, it has spectacular ocean views.
