One of the reasons we love music awards shows is that our favorite stars are always up for pushing the envelope with their beauty looks. While other awards shows tend to err on the side of tame, crooners and their sidekicks pulled out all the stops for the Billboards. Bright lipstick, colorful hair, and bold brows were all present and all next-level.
