Shonda Rhimes Just Added Another Show To Her ABC Lineup

As if Shonda Rhimes were not dominating the prime time television lineup already, the queen of ABC has a new show on the horizon. The Catch, created by Rhimes and Betsy Beers, is an hour-long thriller whose protagonist, Alice Martin, investigates fraud — but becomes a victim herself at the hands of her boyfriend. Alice must hunt him down before her ruins her career, while still maintaining her caseload. With a murder mystery show as well as a medical drama and political intrigue program under her belt, it’s not surprising that Rhimes decided to venture into new territory. At the rate she’s going, it’s easy to imagine an entire Shondaland network. While we have full faith that she can pull off having our shows on ABC at the same time, there's still a lingering question in our minds. Namely, when does this woman sleep? It seems like she never stops churning out full-length series. Not that we're complaining. We'll take all the Shondaland shows we can get.
