As the host of the White House Correspondents Dinner last night, Cecily Strong poked fun at just about everyone in the room, or elsewhere in politics — from President Obama and every Republican presidential candidate to Brian Williams. But the SNL star was at her finest when delivering lines that brought laughs and head shakes about the treatment of women.

"Just because I'm a woman, doesn't mean I'm going to go easy on you people," she said early on. "I'm going to go easy on you people because my brain is smaller."

She pledged that as a comedian, she wouldn't tell politicians how to run the government. "That's not my job. That would be like you guys telling me what to do with my body I mean, can you even imagine? Crazy."

Later, she brought up the Hobby Lobby Supreme Court ruling, which allowed the company to refuse to pay for employees' health insurance that covers birth control. "I just went to Hobby Lobby and bought the cutest little wicker basket to hold all my morning after pills.
"Idaho Representative Vito Barbieri recently asked if gynecological exams could be conducted by a woman swallowing a camera," she continued. "Now Vito and his wife have ruined a perfectly good GoPro."

And in a highlight of the night, she made the journalists in the ballroom make a pledge, repeating after her: "I solemnly swear not to talk about Hillary's appearance because that is not journalism. Also, Cecily Strong looks great tonight."
We'll give a nod to the boys in the room, too. Particularly the part where the president allowed Keegan-Michael Key to play Luther, his anger translator, while he addressed the press. (Huffington Post)
