Are Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Adopting Again?

Could the Jolie-Pitt clan be getting a seventh kiddo? Rumor has it that’s the case. The couple is said to be considering adding a Syrian girl to their brood by the end of summer 2015. The news comes less than a month after Maleficent star’s surgery to remove her ovaries. “It’s not easy to make these decisions,” wrote the 39-year-old mother of six in The New York Times. But, she went on, “I know my children will never have to say, 'Mom died of ovarian cancer.'” Jolie’s own mother, actress and producer Marcheline Bertrand, passed away from the disease in 2007. In addition to potentially bringing a new child into the mix, this summer will also mark the one-year wedding anniversary of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The couple wed in a private ceremony on August 23, 2014 at their estate in the French village of Correns — nearly a decade after they were spotted on the beaches of Kenya with Jolie’s adopted son Maddox, then 3.
