We could probably shout "topless Madonna photo" 10 times and you wouldn't bat an eye. But, this time the Material Girl is baring all for a good cause. Also, she has a new album out.
Although she didn't technically #freethenipple, the pop star did upload a rather revealing portrait to her Instagram account. As you know, the site has a pretty uptight policy about posting boobs and evidence of menstruation and anything else they deem offensively girly and icky.
So, Madge placed a discreet little black bar obscuring her nipples. Then she ripped Instagram a new one.
"Why is it ok to show ass but not breasts?" she wrote. "Drowning in the hypocrisy of social media."
We hear ya, sister. Why keep that Rebel Heart under wraps?
