This year, the first lady invited people to share five of their own healthy choices on social media, using the hashtag #GimmeFive. Beyoncé's five, as evidenced in her video, are standing side crunches, medicine ball crunches, hand-weight lifts, lunges, and more lunges — all to the tune of Survivor's "Eye Of The Tiger."
